Dawne began her career at CUNA Mutual Group in 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Rhode Island and has spent more than 21 years in the financial services industry, wholesaling with companies such as Jackson National, AIG, and Transamerica.

Dawne lives in Pomfret Center, Connecticut with her husband, Stephen, and children, Christina and Timothy along with Amelia, a Great Dane, and Harley, a chocolate Lab. In Dawne’s spare time, she enjoys reading, running, family time at the beach, watching Timothy at the hockey rink and on the baseball field and going to New England sporting events.

Dawne’s biggest goal is to build a lasting relationship with each financial advisor. Dawne listens to the needs of the advisor and the client to help find the solution. She wants to be that go-to person to help the advisor find the best solution to help the client sleep well at night knowing that they are on the right path through retirement. Jack joined CUNA Mutual Group in 2019, after more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. He studied at Saint Joseph’s University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Jack lives in Perry Hall, MD, with his wife Yvonne and three children, Shayla, Jack and Cole. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and being involved in sports, especially coaching youth basketball and soccer.

He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Studies—Accounting and Finance as well as his master’s degree in Business Studies—Finance and Investment.

Arjun has been married for 10 years and lives with his wife, daughter and mother. He prides himself on being civic-minded and enjoys volunteering at local non-profit organizations. His goal is to do his small part in making the world a better place for our community and children. Christos lives in Lawrenceville, NJ with his wife Gina and their 2 children, Nicoletta and Demetri. He prides himself on being civic minded and giving back to the community. He is on the local board as a fund raiser to help with the community sports programs and he also coaches his son’s travel baseball team and daughter’s softball team.

Brittany holds a degree in economics from the University of Connecticut, and has worked in the financial industry since 2015. She came to CUNA Mutual Group from Lincoln Financial Group, and she previously worked as a Regional Support Consultant for the top-grossing territory at Jackson National

Brittany, her husband, Tyler, and their two children, Finn and Mackenzie, like to go out to dinner at local restaurants and spend time at the beach with their three dogs. In her spare time, Brittany also enjoys painting and refinishing furniture. 

She draws on her own experience as an independent advisor combined with her in-depth knowledge of annuities to help advisors better understand their needs and streamline their business growth.

He has also been included on LIMRA’s list of “25 Rising Stars of Retirement Under 40.”

Jeff likes to spend time with his wife and daughter. He prefers to be outdoors, either playing sports or watching them.

Tyson Hein joined CUNA Mutual Group in 2021 with experience working in customer service with Prudential Insurance, in banking as a branch manager with Associated Bank, and in telecommunications as a business director with AT&T. More recently, he spent two years working as a financial advisor with Edward Jones before joining the CUNA Mutual Group team.

Tyson is a fan of all local Wisconsin sports teams including the Badgers, Packers, Bucks, as well as the Lakers. He is a proud father of two kids and the happy husband to his middle school sweetheart. When he isn’t working, he spends his time finding things to keep his kids entertained and laughing. He enjoys camping and hiking, when Wisconsin weather allows it.

Carlton joined Northwestern Mutual after graduating from Dallas Baptist University in 2013, and started his career as a wholesaler with Transamerica before joining CUNA Mutual Group
in 2020.

Carlton and his wife, Alex, welcomed their first child in 2020. They enjoy spending time together outdoors with their Goldendoodle, Knox. Carlton enjoys grilling with his family, as well as golfing as often as possible.

Carlton’s focus is on developing strong client relationships and providing creative ideas to help them generate revenue and grow their business. His goal is to inspire confidence in advisors, and encourage them to reach out to him, knowing he adds value during their consultation.

Dan brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, with more than a decade working in both internal and external wholesaling roles. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double major in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance.

Dan is an avid Wisconsin Badgers football fan and a longtime season ticket holder. He and his wife have a Shiba Inu named Sam, and in their free time they enjoy traveling, cooking and home renovation projects.

Eric began his career at CUNA Mutual Group in 2021 with over 20 years of financial industry experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Skidmore College, and has worked for financial firms including Prudential, Nationwide and Lincoln.

Eric lives in Phoenix, Arizona, with his wife and two teenage children. When he is not helping advisors throughout the Southwest to grow their practices, you can find Eric cheering on the athletic and academic endeavors of his children, or restoring and modifying classic cars.

Josh began his career at CUNA Mutual Group in 2021 and has previous experience in the financial services industry wholesaling at Jackson National and as a financial advisor with Cetera. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara in environmental science with a minor in spatial science. Josh lives in San Francisco and enjoys going to the beach, golfing, and skiing with his free time.

Josh dedicates his efforts to helping financial advisors and their clients plan for retirement. He has worked extensively with financial advisors over the years helping them determine the appropriate strategies and solutions to address their client’s concerns and questions in the retirement income planning process. He started his career with Pacific Life in Omaha, Nebraska and most recently Transamerica in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management, Marketing and Finance.

In June 2021, Nick and his wife, Emily, will welcome a baby girl. In his free time, he enjoys socializing with family and friends, spending time enjoying the outdoors, and cheering on his favorite sports teams — the Chicago Bears and Iowa State Cyclones.

Brian started his career after college at Lincoln Financial based out of Philadelphia. He started his outside wholesaling career in Louisiana before moving to Atlanta in 2013.

Brian lives in Atlanta, GA, with his newlywed wife, Bethany. In his free time, Brian enjoys traveling, Florida vacations with his family and all things Philly sports.

Russ joined CUNA Mutual Group after a successful tenure at New York Life. There, Russ began as an agent working with entrepreneurs and families to develop financial plans, eventually earning a promotion to Partner after just two years. Before his professional achievements, Russ graduated at the top of his class from Humber College with a Recreation Management degree, then followed up with an education in the Economics department at the University of Toronto.

Laure is married and has four children and a dog named Jovi, a spoiled Havanese. Laure’s hobbies include traveling, fishing and relaxing summer weekends away in Prairie du Chien, WI. Her kids live in Santa Barbara, CA, Vietnam, Minneapolis and Cedar Falls, Iowa which allows her many places to visit! Laure enjoys volunteering at her local clothing closet which distributes free clothes to families in need.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Jay is a family man, having married his wife Kellie after they met in college as teammates in Track & Field. They have four children who are all avid athletes like their parents. When Jay isn’t attending his children’s sporting events or helping CUNA Mutual Group customers, he can be found nose-deep in a good book, out running or biking and even playing drums for local bands.

David’s annuity wholesaling experience spans two decades. He began his career with ING (Voya) and spent the last seven years with Global Atlantic Financial Group. During his tenured career, David raised more than $2 billion in annuity premiums throughout his managed territories. 

Originally from eastern Pennsylvania, David now resides near Indianapolis, IN, with his wife, Laura, and two teenage boys. They enjoy participating together in 5 and 10K runs and the friendly competition that it brings. He also enjoys golf, traveling and cooking obscure and interesting recipes that never taste as good as they sound. 

As Regional Vice President, David serves as a trusted annuity industry resource for his advisors and is one of the first people they call when working with a client where an annuity is involved. Matt has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry, having spent seven of those years at Jackson National as an Internal Wholesaler and Sales Team Lead. He graduated from Ohio State University where he majored in Finance. 

During his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife, Jenny, and two children. They’ll likely be doing something active like frequenting a favorite park, attending a live concert or going on a weekend trip. They’re always on the go, except for when they’re in front of the television rooting for one of their favorite teams: The Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Bengals or Georgia Bulldogs.
