Chris joined CUNA Mutual Group with 13 years of experience selling annuities with Jackson National. While at Jackson, Chris consistently placed in the top five on his team each year covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska for six years along with central California wirehouses for the last two years. He went to the University of Colorado where he majored in applied physiology and ran the 800 meter for the track team.

Chris lives with his daughter, Halo, in southern California. He has a strong passion for coaching youth track and cross country. When he isn’t coaching or competing in Spartan races, Chris enjoys restoring his 1968 Mustang Fastback.

Chris delivers relentless energy to his practice while striving to always be a consultative source of education, effective revenue ideas, and empowerment around income planning, tax management, principal protection, and legacy planning. Ross began his career in the financial industry as an insurance agent at Modern Woodmen of America and then transitioned to a financial representative with Guardian Life. He joined the CUNA Mutual Group annuities team in 2020. Ross earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

Ross and his girlfriend have a cat (that thinks she’s a dog) along with a puppy who keep things very interesting in their household. In his free time, he enjoys golfing when the weather permits, working out and partaking in everything that Madison has to offer.

With his previous experience as an advisor, Ross understands the advisor role and can speak to some of the planning that they do with their clients. This understanding allows him to help advisors build a solution that can make positive change to the client’s future.
